1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and participation in educational programs, awareness sessions, courses, training materials and related services provided by TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY.
By accessing this website, registering for an awareness session, submitting an enquiry, expressing interest in a course, enrolling in a program, making a payment or otherwise participating in a service provided by TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Geographical Scope
TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY is based in India and currently accepts program enrolments from residents of India and the United States. Although our website and online forms may be accessible worldwide, we do not currently offer enrolment to residents of countries other than India and the United States.
3. Eligibility
TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY programs are open to individuals aged 18 years or older. By enrolling in a program, the participant confirms that they meet this age requirement.
4. Nature of the Services
TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY provides educational and awareness-based learning relating to financial markets and Technical Analysis.
Depending on the program, topics may include financial-market concepts, equity and cash markets, market structure, trends, price action, candlestick patterns, chart patterns, indicators, risk management, position sizing, trading psychology, futures, options, open-interest analysis, options strategies, Elliott Wave Theory, strategy development, historical chart analysis, assignments, practice and backtesting.
The specific curriculum, duration, schedule, delivery format and features applicable to a particular program are those communicated by TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY at the time of enrollment and may be updated from time to time.
5. Educational Purpose Only
The content, demonstrations, examples, charts, discussions, educational materials and opinions provided by TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY are intended strictly for educational and awareness purposes.
Nothing provided by TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY should be construed as investment advice, financial advice, research advice, portfolio-management advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or financial instrument.
6. No Investment or Trading Recommendations
TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY does not provide personalised investment recommendations or personalised trading recommendations through its educational programs. Participants are solely responsible for evaluating any financial decision they may independently choose to make.
Broker, Account & Tool Independence
TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY does not endorse, recommend, promote, or solicit the use of any particular broker, brokerage account, trading platform, charting platform, software, data provider, or other specific financial-market tool through its courses or educational programs. Any broker, platform, software, tool, or service that may be mentioned or demonstrated during a program is for illustrative or educational purposes only and should not be construed as an endorsement or recommendation. Participants are responsible for independently evaluating and selecting any broker, brokerage account, platform, tool, or service they may choose to use.
For Participants in the United States
TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY programs are provided solely for educational purposes and do not constitute investment advice, securities recommendations, brokerage services, or investment-advisory services. TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY and its trainers/presenters do not maintain brokerage accounts in the United States and do not execute, place or manage trades or investments in the United States financial markets. Any discussion or coverage of United States financial markets in the programs is provided solely for educational and training purposes.
7. Market Risk
Financial markets involve substantial risk. Trading and investing may result in partial or complete loss of capital.
Past market behaviour, historical charts, examples, strategies, patterns or educational demonstrations do not guarantee future results. No representation or guarantee is made that any participant will achieve profits, generate income or achieve any particular trading or investment result after completing a program.
8. Historical Data and Examples
All examples, demonstrations and charts used during educational sessions will be based exclusively on historical market data and historical charts. No live or real-time market data, charts or examples will be used during the sessions. Historical examples are used solely to explain concepts and demonstrate analytical techniques and should not be interpreted as predictions or recommendations concerning future market movements.
9. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own learning, interpretation of educational content and decisions made outside the classroom or awareness session.
Participants should independently assess their financial situation, risk tolerance and objectives and, where appropriate, seek advice from suitably qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
10. Course Enrollment
Submission of an enquiry, Google Form, expression of interest or application does not by itself constitute confirmation of enrollment.
Enrollment becomes effective only after the applicable enrollment process has been completed and payment requirements have been fulfilled as communicated by TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY.
11. Course Fees and Payments
Applicable course fees will be communicated to the participant before enrollment. Payments may be processed through payment gateways or other payment methods specified by TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY.
TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY reserves the right to revise program fees, discounts or pricing for future batches or enrollments. Any revised fees will be communicated or displayed before enrollment and will not affect fees already paid by enrolled participants.
Participants should verify the applicable course, amount and payment details before completing a transaction.
12. Refund and Cancellation
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, subject to availability and at the discretion of TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY, a participant may be permitted to transfer their enrolment to an upcoming batch of the same program. No cash refund will be provided for such adjustment, except where otherwise required under applicable law.
Participants should review these terms and the applicable program details before making payment.
13. Course Schedule and Changes
TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY may modify class schedules, session timings, instructors, session formats or other operational details when reasonably necessary. Where practical, participants will be informed of significant changes in advance.
14. Online Sessions
Online sessions may be conducted using third-party communication or video-conferencing platforms. Participants are responsible for suitable internet connectivity, compatible devices and any software reasonably required to participate.
TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY is not responsible for interruptions caused by a participant's internet connection, device, electricity supply or third-party platform failures.
15. Recording, Photography and Distribution
Recording, photographing, screen capturing, reproducing or redistributing TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY sessions, presentations, course material or other proprietary educational content without prior written permission from TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY is strictly prohibited.
Participants must not distribute, sell, upload, publish or otherwise make TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY educational materials available to third parties. Any violation of these provisions may result in appropriate legal action.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, course content, presentations, graphics, documents, assignments, educational material, website content, branding and other materials provided by TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY are the intellectual property of TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY or are used with appropriate permission.
Enrollment does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the participant.
17. Personal and Educational Use
Educational materials provided to participants are intended for personal educational use only. Participants may not commercially reproduce, resell, sublicense, publish, distribute or create derivative training products from TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY proprietary materials without prior written permission from TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY. Any violation of this provision is strictly prohibited and may result in appropriate legal action.

TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information on its website. However, course descriptions, schedules, fees, availability and other information may be updated or changed from time to time.

Information submitted by participants through enquiry forms, registration forms, payment processes or other channels may be used for enrollment, communication, administration and delivery of services.

21. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct during all sessions and interactions with instructors, staff and other participants.
TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY reserves the right to restrict or terminate participation where a participant engages in disruptive, abusive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate conduct, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY shall not be responsible for losses arising from financial decisions independently made by participants based on their interpretation or application of educational content.
Participants acknowledge that financial-market decisions involve inherent risks and that they remain responsible for their own decisions.
24. Changes to These Terms
TAFORALL™ TRADING ACADEMY may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms may be published on this website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
25. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, subject to applicable legal requirements.
